A Guide Who Knows the
Path Home
My work is about ending the exile from oneself.
People come to me feeling like a guest in their own life, asking 'Am I okay?'. Together, we cultivate an inner sanctuary—a felt sense of 'I am'—from which they can finally live and lead with confidence.
Perhaps you know what it’s like, grasping for love, safety, or recognition. Of feeling the quiet dissonance between the role you play and the life you sense is possible. Of asking 'Am I getting this right?' when what you crave is to feel, simply, 'I am.'"
This is where the work begins.
When the doing becomes a cage... our being becomes the way out.
As a person of mixed race and a grandchild of empire, my early life was a lesson in code-switching and contortion.
The central question organising my life was, “Who do I need to be to be safe and accepted?”
I became an expert in wearing the mask. And when it finally cracked, I was left with a terrifying and liberating truth: I had forgotten who I was underneath.
My own reckoning—with personal trauma, family history, and the systems I was born into—was not about fixing. It was about remembering and returning to myself.
Your wholeness is not a destination. It's your point of origin.
I had to meet the parts of myself that were exiled.
It was only by offering them the safety, belonging, and support they had been denied that they—and I—were finally allowed to unfold.
Step-by-step, I learned to stop managing my life and start living it from the truth of my inner wholeness.
This journey is why I do this work. It’s why I am not just a coach or therapist, but a guide for integration. I now hold the kind of compassionate, honest space I needed then—a space for you to reckon with what is, remember what’s true, and re-imagine a life lived from wholeness.
I don't have a prescriptive solution because your wisdom is unique. As your journeying partner, my role is to hold the light and the space, to help name the unseen patterns, and to safeguard the process as we resurface with clarity and presence.
You don't need another strategy. You need a homecoming.
Let's begin your journey home.
